< BackSwim & Gym Service Launched

Following the successful summer pilot, swim and gym sessions are now a permanent fixture in the Sports and Healthy Living Service calendar.

Working with Notts Uni

Building on our great relationship with Nottingham University, we will be using the Jubilee Campus gym on Triumph Road and the superb swimming centre on the main campus at Beeston.

Every Thursday

The sessions will be held every Thursday, people can choose to either swim, go to the gym or for the really keen do both.

Gym – mini bus leaves NRSB at 11:30, people can meet us at the gym for a 12:00 start. Sessions last 1 hour, returning to NRSB for 13:15.

Swim – Mini bus leaves NRSB at 13:15, people can meet us at the pool for 13:30, returning to NRSB for 15:30.

Swim - £3.00
Both - £5.00
All monies are payable either in advance or on the day.
