On the 25 November we installed a new phone system to help us manage incoming calls more efficiently. We would like your feedback on how this is working out for you.
The new system utilises a push button selection for the Support Centre, Fundraising and Finance, all other enquiries are asked to hold to be put through to reception.
We have purposely kept the selections down to a minimum as we were keen to make the process as easy and accessible as possible. We hope that you find this system of benefit to you, please give us any feedback via info@nrsb.org.uk or by giving us a call.
