Nottinghamshire Royal Society for the Blind is the region’s oldest charity. Established in 1843, the organisation has taken on many guises including a school, a workhouse and day-care centre. The evolving incarnations of the organisation have ensured that we have adapted to changes in society to provide the best possible service to the visually impaired people of Nottinghamshire. Today is no different.
NRSB has evolved into a charity that is at the forefront of the local voluntary sector, providing services that empower our service users to achieve independence within the community. Using both staff and volunteers we are able to support over two thousand visually impaired people living across Nottinghamshire. At NRSB we pride ourselves on delivering services that proactively involve our service users, enabling them to realise their full potential.
Your donations help to provide much needed funds for the NRSB to carry out its essential services.
