Charity Dragon Boat goes to The Dogs!!!

Victory goes to ‘The Dogs’ in Dragon Boat Challenge, and helps raise £15,000 for local Blind! Last Sunday, a dozen intrepid crews took to the water of the River Trent to battle against each other in the annual Dragon Boat Charity Challenge in aid of Nottinghamshire Royal Society for the Blind.

Nottinghamshire Royal Society for the Blind (NRSB) is a local charity, which promotes greater independence for vision-impaired people of all ages throughout the county by providing support, advice, information, rehabilitation training and adapted leisure activities.

As a local charity we rely heavily on donations to ensure the continuation of our essential services. All money raised for NRSB stays within Nottinghamshire, to help vision impaired children and adults to realise their true potential.
